Shipping policy

Shipping cost: Shipping is free on every order.

 

Processing time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

 

Delivery time: Orders ship from our partner warehouse overseas. Delivery usually takes 7-18 days after processing, depending on your location. Every order includes a tracking number, which we email to you once your order ships.

 

Import taxes and fees (Canada): Because orders ship from outside Canada, GST/HST and a carrier handling fee may be collected by the carrier when your parcel is delivered. These charges are set by the Canadian government and the carrier, and are not included in our prices.

 

Delays: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will help.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update it only if the order has not shipped yet.
